when does my package arrive?
Our delivery time depends on your location. We always try to send it as fast as possible!
Belgium: 2-3 working days
France, Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg: 5-10 working days
Other EU-countries: 10-15 working days
how does Our shipment work?
- Your order is being prepared for shipment.
- You will receive a track&trace code.
- Your package is handed over to GLS, you can track your package now.
- Your package will be delivered at your requested address.
I didn't get a confirmation mail.
You will receive your confirmation mail within 24h. If you still didn't get a confirmation mail after 24h, contact us.
what are the payment possibilities?
You have the choice to pay with: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro or Bancontact.
is it safe to pay online?
We work with SSL. This secures you that all data filled in is safe and secure! We don't have any access to your data filled in for payments.
how do I return something?
If your product is not the right size, you accidentily received the wrong product or it does not match with your expectations, you can claim your return here. Note: you must claim your return within 14 days after you receive your package.
My product has arrived damaged.
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product you can claim your refund here.
can I exchange my product for another size?
You can claim a return here. choose for reason "wrong size", and tell us the right size instead. After we receive the package from you, we will send you the right size.
I entered the wrong address.
If you have received your tracking code your can change your address and preferences if you wish. If you have not received a tracking code yet, send us a mail at info@ommes.be.
what about discount codes?
If you are lucky, you got yourself a discount code! You can enter your code at the "discount code" space on the checkout page. The email you received will state how long the codes will be valid.
when does the pre-sale ends?
The pre-sale ends July 15. Shipping of pre-sale will happen the first of July.
where does the textile come from?
We work with a supplier who can asure us that all textiles being made are socially responsible. They are GOTS certified (Global organic textile standards), and everything is controlled by the Fair Wear foundation.
what is screen printing?
Screen printing requires hard work, but delivers the best quality! Each color from a design is applied separately to the textile through sieves. These are applied on the textile, after which the ink passes through the sieve and gives color to the textile.
